We have developed what we believe is a fair return policy as stated below; please note that by purchasing goods from Farofa Nation, you have agreed to the following terms:
ORDER PROCESSING:
Orders are generally shipped within approximately 2 business days from the date the order was placed.
**Please be aware any orders placed on or after a release date will be delayed and may incur up to 48 hours of additional processing time.
SHIPPING METHODS WITHIN THE USA:
We use UPS or USPS to ship orders. Packages shipped using USPS or UPS are trackable and is also insured if using UPS. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund to you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.DOES NOT apply for wholesale purchases. DOES NOT apply to Mimushi products
WE OFFER THE FOLLOWING SHIPPING SERVICES:
Domestic USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation when you order 1 to 3 items.
Domestic UPS Ground when you order 4 or more items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you want us to ship internationally, please email us first at shop@farofanation.com. International orders will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Include the product you wish to purchase including size and international address you wish us to ship to. If an order is placed through our system without emailing us first, we will contact you and let you know what the shipping rate is. If you are fine with the rate, we will direct you to a payment center where you can pay for the shipping. If not, we will cancel your order at no extra charge.
PRICING POLICY:
Farofa Nation reserves the right to change prices at any time. Purchase prices are final at the date of purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, email us immediately at sales@farofanation.com and include “CANCEL” in the subject line. Please note that you will be charged a $15 USD cancellation fee. You will then receive receipts for this fee and the canceled order via email.
APPAREL RETURNS:
If you are not satisfied with your apparel purchase, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs). BUT FIRST, due to the limited availability of our apparel and due to the donations part of each sale, exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis, so please email us first at sales@farofanation.com prior to sending your return and include “RETURN” along with the Receipt ID in the subject line. If the product you receive is damaged due to shipping (please keep all packaging and the damaged item; it may be needed to file a claim) or if we shipped the incorrect product, we will gladly exchange the product at no additional charge to you. Please note that all apparel purchases on sale items are final.
YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST. IF YOU RETURN THE ITEM BEFORE CONTACTING US, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO REFUND.

Be sure your package is insured and prepaid. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you instruct. We reserve the right to refuse to refund or exchange if the product is damaged.
APPAREL EXCHANGES:
If you would like to exchange your apparel for any reason, simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within FOURTEEN (14) DAYS of receipt. For all exchanges, our free shipping policy does not apply.
PAYMENTS:
All payments are processed through Paypal, a totally secure way to pay. Your financial information is stored on Paypal’s secure servers and we are notified when your payment has been processed. We never see your personal financial information. With Paypal, you may pay with your bank account or a credit card. If you choose to pay with an E-check, your shipment may be delayed 2-3 days until Paypal can confirm the funds in your bank account. You will notice on your credit card statement either “NINHOPEQUEN” or “NINHOPEQUENO” for each transaction with Farofa Nation.
